Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

Customer pays the cost of return charges, however we will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer.

In the case you need to request a return, please email info@shopoudaiya and we will email you a return request form.

Faulty Product:

All orders are well inspected during the packing process, but if for any reason your order has any defect during the shipping process, please send us a photo of the item with your order number to info@shopoudaiya.com


Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges and tracking number to ensure your refund can be processed.
