How is COVID-19 effecting shipping?
We are still processing orders regularly regardless of COVID-19, but shipping times may be extended due to fewer shipping routes and shipment priority. Medical equipment is prioritized on all freight flights and at customs.
Can I change my order after I already placed it?
Oops! We can't adjust any orders after they have already been processed and shipped. If you realize you need to adjust an item in your order or add something immediately after placing your order, please email us at info@shopoudaiya.com and we will be happy to help adjust your order to the correct item.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you should receive a tracking code to your email as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking number to accurately show the logistics.
The item I want is sold out. Will it come back in stock?
We try our best to bring popular items back in stock ASAP. If there is a specific item you are waiting to come back in stock, please email us at info@shopoudaiya.com and we will be happy to inform you about the status of the restock.
How do I care for my products?
Although our pieces are made of excellent materials and plated of 18k gold, our favorite pieces will show wear over time due to gold being a soft metal. Check out more on our Jewelry Care page.
